Dr Simon Baier, Attorney at Law (admitted to the Bar of New York), has several years of experience in counseling clients in the areas of European Community law, competition and antitrust law, international transactions, IP and IT law. He focuses on business transactions between Asia (especially Korea) and the European market.
Dr Baier worked for GUGERBAUER & PARTNER Rechtsanwälte, Vienna/Brussels, from 2005 to 2007, and was attorney at law at AJU International Law & Patent Group, Seoul, Korea (now AJU Kim Chang & Lee) from 2008 to 2009. He rejoined GUGERBAUER & PARTNER, Vienna, Austria in 2010.
